Walking on the pathway on Cijin Beach,
Looking at the silhouette view of people walking on the beach
Beside trees at sunset, by the sea breeze,
Feeling the happiness.
旗津擁有特殊的海岸線、沙灘與歷史古蹟，悠閒的氛圍格外吸引人。1920公尺是從旗津「黃金海韻-海珍珠」串連至星空隧道前的這段距離，用藝術呈現幸福的度量衡；藝術家以相約與海洋為元素，創作出結合當地意象，充滿幸福的作品，歡迎鄉親來旗津藝術道，與親友共遊，襯著海風，享受生活，走訪幸福，許下屬於我們的約定。
Cijin Island, which is an island off Kaohsiung, has a special coastline, beach and historical sites. “Promise of 1920 meter” count the distance from the “Sound of Sea: The Pearl” to the front of “Cijin Tunnel of stars.” We use art to present the measure of happiness. All the principles of art work include the ocean issues and promises. Artists using different local scene to create the art work, wishing every visitor enjoy the natural environment and all you have in life here and feel the happiness. Welcome to Cijin Art Pathway, let us make a promise to see you here again and again.

津鯨有約 Meet Jin Jin ｜ 有用主張 UxU studio
作品『津鯨有約』轉化鯨魚的型態，以簡明的結構線條勾勒出噴泉的意象，創造出充滿自然與活力的氣息；位於旗津海邊的基地環境讓人聯想到海洋，呼應鯨魚在大海中自由、勇往直前的模樣，讓人產生遨遊四海的嚮往。噴泉由兩組搖椅構成，前後角度分別傾斜30度時，線條交錯成心型。透過藝術裝置賦予環境無限的想像、帶來嶄新的氛圍。
Whales symbolize freedom as they traverse the oceans unimpeded, triggering in the observer, a yearning for travel and adventure. The fountain in the work is composed of two groups of rocking chairs. When the angles are inclined at 30 degrees the upper end forms an image of a heart.。
海濱旗緣 The Target of Heart ｜ 林建志 Lin Chien- Chih
藝術家賦予作品一個奇幻的故事，大航海時代傳說的海洋之心，是人們的結識之物，看到它的人們相知相惜，永遠幸福，可是卻被海洋大盜魷魚哥偷走，於是海馬騎兵帶著弓箭，一路追趕到了旗津，作品結合座椅設計，讓民眾坐在作品旁拍照。希望大家一同協助海馬騎兵，守護海洋之心。
The magical legend of Cijin originates in the ocean. “The Heart of Ocean”, a legend from the great nautical era, is a symbol of friendship, but stolen by a sinister pirate squid. A legion of seahorse cavalry chased the squid all the way to Cijin Beach.
The artwork allows the public to sit and take pictures next to the work. And hope that everyone who comes here can help the seahorse cavalry protect “The Heart of Ocean”.
梅花鹿，台灣特有物種，以前被視為神物的鹿，象徵吉祥幸福與長壽。傳遞幸福溫馨的氛圍。盼生活在都市叢林中的大家，能夠停下腳步、重拾童心，思考人與自然間密不可分的關係，並喚起大家對生態保育及環境永續之重視。
The Sika deer is an endemic species in Taiwan. The deer used to be regarded as a sacred animal symbolizing happiness and longevity. Imbued in the work is also the hope that we might consider the intimate and inseparably relationship between humanity and nature, and draw people's attention to the issues of ecological conservation and environmental sustainability.
相約小鹿 Promise Deer ｜ 任大賢 Ren Da-sian
來自港口部落的阿美族藝術家，近年的創作手法以碎形的木條重複連接、堆疊的形式勾勒出流動姿態，呈現濱海生活中與海浪強烈關聯的線性語彙。
心的觸角是一個外型像是章魚的木造裝置，開口框出一個海景或空景，讓人可以放鬆看海，靜下心來與自己對話，找回那個最初的自己，也表達藝術家對於環境議題的深刻體認。
Every moment we set sail is a new beginning;
Every face is a reflection of the heart;
Every wave is like a stream of endless thoughts.
The tentacles of the heart, feel their way into the body of the sea,
Making contact with the landscapes of our lives.
The artwork constructed in the form of an octopus, It opens to frame a seascape, allowing people time to relax, talk to themselves and perhaps, make contact with their original-selves and discover the deep appreciation for environmental issues expressed by artist.
心的觸角 Tentacles of the Heart ｜ 伊祐・噶照 Iyo Kacaw
走在旗津海岸，豎立一旁的義勇救人紀念碑，述說1993年五位學生手拉手捨己救人的義行。本作品象徵救人的勇氣，同時提醒注意海域危險；並向每位在海岸的救生員致敬。感謝他們守護著大家，讓我們能在此舒服的散步，與親朋好友一起相約在此遊憩，度過寧靜的時光。
There is a monument dedicated to the story of five young people sacrificed themselves to save other people who were struggling in the ocean in 1993.
The art work symbolising the courage to save people, reminding of the dangers of the sea and paying tribute to every lifeguard who protects the safety of visitors, people can take a comfortable walk by the water, and enjoy a peaceful afternoon together.
海岸的守護者 The man and dog “I guard you.” ｜ 阿部乳坊 Abe Nyubo
心內話如潛艇般佇內心波濤，透過津奇號幫恁講出來，找找彼方的聲音在哪裏。藝術家以「聲音」作為重要元素，打造潛水艇造型「津奇號」，作品上的水管都是傳聲筒。遊客可以傾聽水管傳來的聲音，兩人互動許下約定，用心感受周遭環境。
Speaking tubes are used to allow communications between people at different locations. They are a way of connecting people, miles underwater, though the steel of a submarine. The “Jinci submarine” utilises this concept to allow people to interact together through the artwork.
