四季禮讚
「2017月津港燈節」將以「四季禮讚」為策展主題，近50組件藝術燈景，其中包含7件大型地景型作品、4件國際藝術家作品，特別的是，有別於以往燈區氣氛營造方式，首度透過光環境營造四季氛圍，透過光環境的四種顏色主軸，搭配大型地景型亮點作品，讓民眾在四種特色氛圍中穿梭賞燈，感受不同以往的視覺饗宴。
Symphony of The Seasons
Climate has played a main role in shaping the looks of a society. It influences our agriculture, farming, and all other things that humankind needs to meet its basic needs. As for Tainan, in this highly-developed era, the impact of our climate has exceeded these needs for most people and is now also visible in different forms of artworks. Seasons strongly influence cultural developments. Artists immersed in gloomy weather are more likely to create cold-toned works while those from tropical areas tend to use vibrant colors. Urban Art Studio divides the entire exhibition area into a few zones. Each zone features different works presenting the beauty of four seasons. The beauty depicted by our artists will make you wish the exhibition would never end.

Keyframes｜Groupe LAPS
The French group Groupe LAPS arrives at Yuejin river with their well-known art piece “Keyframes.” The work consists of plenty of luminous stick-figures dancing in darkness with music and beats. The movements of the figures are well-programmed to illustrate different topics and themes. They can be dancers, athletes and gymnasts on the basis of different computer codes. They are the most eye-catching figures at night.
法國的藝術團隊Groupe LAPS帶來他們最著名的人型骨架結合燈光音效的大型裝置藝術。架設在鄰近水月橋的柳樹群旁，透過燈光程式設計，如同逐格動畫一樣，逐個閃亮的人物在月夜裡隨著音樂運動，演繹出極具動態感的夜之舞。
秋水光澗｜有用主張
以秋的意象為發想，想像月津港水畔伴著落霞與落葉，盈盈秋水與長天共一色；想像群樹間伴著秋水至天而降。這秋水不是真的水，而是由動態的燈光擬態而成的光柱，緩緩流動從上而下落至地面再濺出。光柱有高有低、有疏有密，形成極為動態的視覺感；在夜晚沿著月津港的水岸河畔，一柱柱的秋水緩緩流下、循環不止，如秋風下的落葉不停飄灑，希冀創造一個夢幻的秋境意象，讓觀賞者能體驗秋水光澗的獨特的光境與氛圍。
Falling Stream｜UxU Design Studio
Autumn is the season where leaves part with their mother tree and fall on the river. The artwork depicts the falling movement with beams gradient that creates a vivid image of water. Also, the luminous ray designs a dynamic vision that the water gently falls then splashes when it hits the ground. The work aims to shape a dreamy autumn scene for visitors.
光譜原色 - 四季｜蔡宜婷 x 沃手工作
光譜原色時代，在多彩的日子裡，色彩仍美好的年代。光象徵真理，而發散美麗光彩的稜鏡就像闡釋真理的心智。透過幾何稜鏡產生光譜的原色色散，提示著真理的清晰與曖昧難明，作品名稱引用美國詩人瑪麗安娜‧摩爾的詩歌，闡述單純的美好，今日在紛雜的普羅萬世裡迷茫，然而真理本身依然如昔。鄰近橋道的河岸邊，幾何形體的稜鏡散落設置，透過燈光的照射閃爍著如霓虹的光芒，照映在一日多變的陽光下，色彩如四季變遷。
Prismatic Color-In the Days of Seasons｜Yi-Ting Tsai x WINNOWORK
It is the age where monochrome has faded while a diversity of colors is greatly valued. Colors of spectrum symbolize colorful pleasant moments people have shared together and the lights of spectrum stand for truth people have been seeking for. Also, the lights reflected from the prism imply the lucidity and obscurity of truth. The artwork is named from a poem of an American poet, Marianne Moore, who praised how truth leads one to a peaceful mind in this chaotic world. Geometric forms of prisms are irregularly located at the river bank, beaming amiable neon lights, like changings of seasons.
